Raw Dog Food Recipe

Raw dog food recipes are the very best way for your dog to eat a natural diet.

Dogs are born hunters. However they have obviously had their hunting needs taken away from them as they became domesticated, with owners placing bowls of food out everyday – there is no need for a dog to hunt for raw meat anymore.

Unfortunately many owners do not realize what a dog’s natural diet should be. That is why raw dog food recipes come into importance.

Dogs need raw food to maintain their natural health. Out in the wild, dogs kill other animals and eat their raw meat. There is no cooking or factory manufacturing as is seen in dog food today. And there is certainly no left over dinners – something many owners are guilty of indulging their dogs in!

This advice applies to cats as well. Cats are predators in the same way that dogs are and therefore are made for a raw food diet.

A simple raw dog food recipe would consist of raw meat, vegetable puree, some cooked whole grains, kelp powder, ascorbic acid and around 1 teaspoon of oil (don’t go overboard on the oil).

This recipe will provide your dog with a huge amount of health benefits such as increased energy, a healthy digestive and immune system, cleaner teeth and gums, healthier skin and coat and smoother stool motions.

On top of all this, your dog will be delighted to be receiving food that is in tune with his natural diet. Dogs were MADE to eat raw food. Giving your dog cooked and manufactured food all the time is doing him a great disservice to his health and happiness.

Do your dog a favor and start putting together some raw dog food recipes for him to enjoy! He will thank you for it and will live a longer healthier life with you!

Diet Food Delivered to Your Door

If you are trying to stick to a diet, there isn’t an easier way than having diet food delivered right to your front door.  You don’t have to mess around with counting carbs, calories or points.  This is a stress-free and idiot-proof weight loss food system.

There are two parts to weight loss: Eating the correct diet foods in the right proportions, and getting enough exercise.  I find the eating part a lot more challenging than the exercise part.  Getting exercise is simple; all you have to do is move your muscles around a little bit.  Anything can be considered exercise, whether it is dancing, playing sports, running, hiking, even walking!  The idea is to just pile on as much exercise as possible.  You don’t have to be a scientist to create an exercise plan that will help aid in your weight loss.

The more difficult part is figuring out exactly what foods you should be eating that will help you lose weight.  There are so many different diets and so many different nutrients.  You need to keep track of calories, carbs, sugar, fat, fiber, vitamins, etc.  It very quickly becomes overwhelming.  Then you are faced with the difficult task of picking exactly what foods you are going to buy, figuring out how much you should be eating each day, and then sometimes actually cooking the meals.  Then you have to factor in snack foods, desserts, eating out, drinks, etc.  It all adds up to a nightmare that is often impossible to sort out.

Thankfully, there are some systems that help make it a little more simple.  The first step is to simply pick a diet system.  You can choose a points-based system such as weight watchers which allows you to eat whatever you want.  The only catch is that every food has a “points” value that is based on the calories, fat and fiber in each food.  You only get so many points to eat in a day, so it helps you make wise diet food choices.  The problem is in keeping track of all your points and using the points calculator to figure out exactly how many points are in each food.

Another system could be something like the Atkins diet or some sort of low-carb diet.  The only problem with this is that there are rumors of heart problems relating to diets like this.  The idea is that you completely eliminate any foods with carbs in them.  This diet is proven to work, but the problem comes in figuring out which foods have carbs.  It seems that almost any food has carbs in it, so you are really limited in terms of what you are allowed to eat.

Finally, what I found to be the least stressful is having diet food delivered right to your door.  Sign up for a program and they will send you all the food that you need to eat for a month.  When you need a meal, just heat and eat.  This system is a no-brainer.  Just stick to the food that is ready for you to eat and you will have your dieting side of the weight loss equation in check.  Throw in some physical activity and the pounds will start falling off.

Eating healthy foods also Discover how to eat smart.

Food decisions can lower many health problems ranging from cancer, heart diseases and diabetes. Think of a diet change as a set a stairs. Take your FIRST STEP FIRST. Do not make a radical change all at one time you need to make simple improvements. Start out slow while you switch to eating healthy foods. Modify them over time not all at once. This is often the most typical mistake and why a lot of us fail when choosing to make a diet change.

Think lesser portions.

I’m certain you’re aware at how portion sizes have increased over the years. Everybody desires to get a good amount for their dollar so portion sizes have increased in many restaurants to accomplish the value people have been aiming for. This can be very detrimental to individuals trying to eat healthy foods. You can still visit a restaurant just aim to make sure you are limiting your portions and look for a healthier selection on the menu. Maybe aim for the grilled chicken salad instead of a huge breaded chicken sandwich.

Try not to think of certain meals OFF LIMITS.

When your brain is aware you can’t have something it can be natural to want more of the forbidden food. It is the same concept of telling yourself to not tumble when you’re on a stage merely to trip over your own feet. You think so hard about not failing you accidently convince yourself to not succeed.

It just isn’t simply what you eat its how you eat.

You may only eat healthy foods but if you eat a ton of food at one time it will not do any good.
A healthy eating diet goes further than the food on your plate. How you think about food is another key to triumph. Rather than rushing through your food between meetings or when your grabbing the kids from school. Slow down and consider your food as something that you need for nourishment.

Listening to your body, eating with others in the office or simply having a good quaint family dinner is some solutions to keep the eating in check. This really is also an effective way to introduce good eating habits in your children.
